Built in 1794, the Lafayette is a spacious, downtown apartment home overlooking one of Lancaster’s most prestigious, private city gardens. The entrance to the Lafayette is private and the laundry room and rear outdoor space is shared with other apartment homes on the premise. The laundry area is accessible from the exterior of the home by following the path under the stairs to the door next to the trash & recycling area.
