Historic 1925 The Palms Cottage short-term licensed vacation home. Offered as a self-catering, licensed vacation home. This gem boasts a Spanish Mission-style bungalow. Original Dade County Pine floors with vintage wallpaper and fun decor, a fully equipped kitchen, (Master Bedroom) 1 Queen bed, (Guest Bedroom) 1 Twin Bed, (Livingroom) 1 Sofa Queen bed. 1 bathroom which is a walk-in shower with glass doors. Livingroom large comfortable couch, and dining area, all on one level. Complimentary Wi-Fi , 40″ 4K TV, surround sound, LED lighting, 16 SEER HVAC with climate control, and ceiling fans. Off to the side of kitchen is the stackable washer/dryer with door leading to the private backyard. Enjoy the Chicago brick patio with an outdoor terrace with several seating areas. All you need to start the Tiki tango is the Tequila. Why drive to The Keys when you can experience a laid-back Florida style just a short walk from Convention Center, Grandview Public Market, Norton Museum of Art, Kravis, Rosemary Square, and Clematis. Just 2 miles from PBI and Palm Beach. Housekeeping is arranged for a fee through a licensed service.

Publix is 0.8 miles away from the listing and there are many restaurants that are within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance, but you can use a vehicle to make it a little faster which is about an 8-minute drive. The airport is very close, which is a 12-minute drive.
Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc is prohibited while a vacation rental guest there is a $200 fine if smoking is detected.
Vacation rental guests may request a private barbeque grill and tank in their yard which is available at $75 per week or $150 monthly (please advance arrange by email).
Discounted promotional rates are offered for two guests only additional guests fee of $25 per person per day if room capacity allows.

Résumé: The house was exactly as described and even better in person! Small amenities are included but we found that overall it included much more than the basics. There are board games that would come in handy had it rained but thankfully it didn’t. And the kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed. Order your groceries ahead of time to have them delivered upon arrival. Just a tip! Mostly we enjoyed the private pool and backyard at our leisure. We were in town for a concert and the location was perfect! This place is an absolute gem and I’m looking forward to our next visit!
