Set on a peaceful 2,800 sq. m private land surrounded by nature, Villa Anastasia is a 520 sq. m luxury villa boasting high-quality construction and rich amenities. The villa can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in its 6 en-suite bedrooms. The three-storey villa is strategically located near various attractions, utilizing its design to harness natural resources efficiently, while offering seclusion in a peaceful environment at the same time. With a serene ambiance and contemporary conveniences, Villa Anastasia offers an ideal setting for tranquil holidays, catering to families, couples, newlyweds, and individuals with discerning tastes.
Facing the mesmerizing Cretan sea and just 3 km away from the sandy beach and the renowned tourist area of Platanias, the villa provides unspoiled views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. The villas unique layout allows the circulation of ocean breeze and natural sunlight, regulating the interior temperature for comfortable seasonal living. A wall of north-facing windows offers breathtaking views of the Cretan sea, while several outdoor seating areas provide the perfect opportunity to experience the oceanfront ambiance firsthand.
Indoor layout
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a fireplace, a 40" satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to a veranda with sitting area and a dining table which also leads you to the pool and the garden area. An organised office area with sound system and a laptop and a toilet are also found on the same floor. The ground floor hosts a bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
Reaching to the first floor through a staircase there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, dressing hall and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and hydro-massage shower. The master bedroom has access to a large veranda with sitting area which offers a breathtaking sea view.
A staircase from the living room area on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor there are gym area and four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a king size bed and the other one has 2 single beds. Our gym has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a steps, abs equipment and a fitness multifunctional apparatus. The gym area has access to the garage. From the lower floor you can access to outdoor area which including barbecue, garden and the pool area.
All the floors are also connected with an elevator.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- A 35 sq.m private swimming pool. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one weeks advance notice.
- Spacious lawn covered area.
- Fully equipped charcoal and gas barbecue area under the pergola.
- Two outdoor dining tables under pergolas.
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor sofas and arm chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa.
- A ping pong table.
- Parking space for up to 5 cars.
- A variety of fruit trees such as peach, apple, pear, orange, fig, pomegranate and cherry.
- The whole outdoor area is totally fenced, offering privacy to our guests.
The owner of the Villa lives on the grounds and they will be available for anything you may need during your stay, but also respect your privacy. The pool is used exclusively by the guests.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA
The Villa is located in Modi area, on a peaceful natural environment, only 3 km away from the lively sea front area of Platanias.
Only 3 minutes drive away there is Platanias area which is a destination by itself, it is the entertainment centre of the prefecture of Chania busting with life during the entire summer season.
The beach is well organized with sun beds, umbrellas and some of the best beach bars and nightclubs in Crete.
The whole area offers a variety of shops, restaurants of various nationalities, supermarkets and many different activities to spend your time with the whole family.
In addition the location of the villa is a great spot to explore Crete as the national road nearby offers you easy access to the West where you can find some of the most well know beaches in Greece, like Elafonissi or Balos or to the East side of Crete where you can visit the attractive cities of Chania (14 km away) and Rethymno (70 km away) and many more places which we will suggest you and give you directions before your arrival.
