The beautiful garden on the 18000 square meter plot has an inviting private pool and breathtaking views. The villa itself consists of two floors and leaves little to be desired. On the second floor you will find an open space living area with fireplace and modern furniture as well as an elegant, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Large balcony doors lead out onto the terrace, where you can enjoy a coffee or a relaxing breakfast as well as a romantic dinner. All three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom and a separate WC are also located on this floor. The first floor consists of a dining area for 10 people with a built-in traditional stone barbecue and extra summer kitchen as well as a bar! One whole wall is fitted with large balcony sliding doors, which give you access to the private pool and make you feel at one with nature. But that's not all this villa has to offer! If swimming in the private pool is not enough for you, there is a private gym and sauna on the first floor and a trampoline in the garden for the children!
