Résumé: A groul of me and my friends stayed here for my bachelorette. Kindly, they let us check in one hour earlier (3pm). However, when we arrived the pool had beer cans floating in it while the water was a murky green color. I got in contact with someone and they had someone come clean it within an hour or so. Although not any apology was given, someone came out somewhat quickly. The more unfortunate part is the shocking or cleaning of the water took until we left Sunday when we woke up to beautiful clear blue water. So it was disappointing that the pool we were so excited to use on Saturday was very unsatisfactory. I don’t think I would be leaving this review however if the uncleanliness didn’t continue. To make it short, we found multiple cockroaches on the floor, socks in the bottoms of beds (leading me to believe sheets are not washed), filthy grilling equipment (even a burnt chicken left on the grill), beer cans sprinkled all through the yard as well as floaties laying half blown up and connect four everywhere as well. Although the counters and floors were cleaned we were left with a feeling that might have been all that was taken care of. They have cameras facing the backyard so I know the state of the backyard was accessible and yet nothing was done even after the pool guy left. Everything was still left to be cleaned by us. Their communication is also very poor. Hopefully they can get cleaning together because the location and layout was perfect for my group.
