Upon arrival, intricately carved front doors, made by the Dogon people of Mali lead you to a breathtaking view of the sea. A welcoming cocktail invites you to relax while enjoying the view and feel the cool ocean breeze.
The villa offers luxury and comfort, from the beautifully carved furnishings to the sumptuous white bed linens. The infinity pool melts into the sapphire Caribbean Sea. Amenities abound. Three levels of relaxation include the infinity pool level, the romantic overlook dining level, and the sunset gazing level.
There are five luxurious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, three of which have outdoor showers. All bedrooms have an unobstructed view of the sea and are named after, and decorated with art from exotic cities in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. The upper floor rooms are deluxe with high ceilings. The Bombay suite has windows on three sides, a king size bed and a walk-in shower. Zanzibar suite has two queen beds, a sculptured soaker tub and walk in shower. Ground floor bedrooms all have indoor/outdoor showers. Fez has two queen beds. Siam has a king size bed and Djenne has one queen bed. Each bedroom has cable TV and all bathrooms are beautifully decorated and spa-like.
Stairs lead you to the jetty to snorkel and swim when the sea is calm. A popular dive site is located approximately 100 yards from our jetty and can be reached through shore diving or by boat. The villa is fortunately situated between two fish sanctuaries and thus an ideal location for snorkeling or scuba diving. At certain times of the year, guests can see a turtle release nearby, part of an important marine sanctuary program and a delight for kids of all ages. Two tandem kayaks are available during suitable weather for those who are seafaring and adventurous. For the not so adventurous, several sandy beaches are located nearby.
