Settle into the holiday of relaxation you’ve always wanted at Tranquility, a brand new, architect designed property right on the water with room for the whole family and all the creature comforts you could need.
THE SPACE
With its own private beach and a stunning view of the entirety of St Georges Basin, you’ll be feeling like a VIP.
From sunrise to sunset, Tranquility will provide you with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Wake up in a king bed with an ensuite (it’s only fair you get the master bedroom, right?) and have an espresso at the breakfast bar as everyone wakes up. Then when the urge strikes to have the first swim of the day, wade into the water right outside your door, or jump in the car and be at the world famous Hyams Beach to catch some waves in only 10 minutes.
Rinse the sand off in the outdoor heated shower and relax inside comfortably in any kind of weather with the air conditioning. The family can choose between two living rooms with DVDs and Netflix at their fingertips, or gather around a board game to battle it out. When mealtimes come around, cook up a storm on the BBQ to enjoy on the outdoor dining table and enjoy the beautiful sun with your four-legged friends splashing in the water.
Once you’re fed and rested, it’s time to see the sights; just a little to the east of St Georges Basin is Jervis Bay, where the shining sands and sparkling waves of the shoreline continue for kilometres.
As the sun goes down, put some logs on the fire pit and gather on the deck or the sand with some cool beers and the binoculars from inside to watch the sunset before the galaxy unfurls above you. However you spend your time in this beautiful vista, Tranquility will ensure all the memories you make are happy ones to last a lifetime.
Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items.
3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

Easily one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed at. Sparkling clean, great amenities, perfect location, heaps of room to move around. The fast Wi-Fi and complimentary Chromecast already set up was a welcomed addition to stream some footy via our devices. So much room to kick a ball around with the kids too. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful home that has everything you need. When I needed something I could always find it (tape, firewood, speaker, spare blankets etc). Definitely worth the money and would 100% pay to stay here again. Beautiful view and decorated/furnished amazingly as well. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and spacious home with modern interiors and beachy decor. We loved waking up to the water views and had a great time sitting by the firepit in the evenings. Shops and beaches are just a short drive away. We would love to come back again in the future, the perfect weekend getaway.

Amazing new home on the water styled very modern with quality appliances and furniture and decor. You can fish, swim, go kayaking from your backyard. Nice fire pit to sit around enjoying the view. Highly recommend this house and would love to return

The house and setting is absolutely stunning, we loved watching the wildlife in the evenings while sitting on the deck. The interior of the house has been well thought through and is decorated to a high modern standard, with views from almost all the rooms. It was great having the kayaks available too, which we all loved taking out on the lake. We really did have a lovely family holiday and would love to return!

Beautiful home in an excellent location. Massive yard for the kids right on the water. Perfect for kayaking or walking through as it is very shallow. Comfortable home with everything you need. The firepit was perfect for our marshmallows as it was cold the first night. The space is large and great for bigger groups. Thank you! We will definitely be back

Beautiful house in a lovely location with the most amazing view. Kayaks are available to use which wasn’t advertised in the listing. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the extras you need- tea, coffee, salt, pepper, glad wrap, foil etc. which is a huge help.
