The Space:
This beautiful mountain side property offers a studio that has 1 king size bed, 1 sofabed and 1 bathroom. Magnificent location on one of the most beautiful properties around Chapala (Ajijic), here you can relax and enjoy the days by the pool or explore local sites - just 15 minutes away walking from the Ajijic Plaza.
Pool is solar heated and shared with other guests on the estate. Amenities include optic fiber wifi and a cook. Laundry service is available. The kitchen and pool are all shared with other guests (from Casa Rafael suites and the main house).

The Neighborhood:
Located near the central part of Ajijic village and is just a quick walk 7min-10min to many of the restaurants, shops and services. You are an 8 min walk away from the Ajijic Plaza. One of Ajijic premier mountain estates with breath taking views of the lake! This former luxury residence now provides accommodations for your special getaway or event. Enjoy the perfect backdrop for a luxurious experience.
Getting Around:
Tour the city by foot or by car. There are several car rental places and bike rentals. There is a taxi service available as well.

The jacuzzi does not work. Please note that the pool is solar heated, meaning the water temperature is subject to variation based on natural conditions such as the availability of sunlight and weather patterns. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that the water will be constantly warm or hot.
For your convenience and security, a caretaker resides on the estate. Their living quarters are located far from the guest accommodations to ensure your privacy. The caretaker helps maintain the property and is available for assistance if needed, allowing you to enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.
Please note that this is a studio with 1 King size bed and 1 sofa bed. THIS IS NOT A 1 OR 2 BEDROOM as it could be believed after looking at the pictures.

Due to the presence of dogs and hazardous plants on the premises, this property is deemed unsuitable for children. Parents or guardians with children are advised to exercise constant supervision, ensuring their safety at all times.
Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

4. There are some super friendly, well-trained dogs on site. We have three gardeners from Monday to Saturday who maintain the estate and feed the dogs.
5. Please take note that tap water in the property is not drinkable. You can only use that to clean, brush teeth, and bathe. Going up and down stairs is required.
