Situated in one of our most sought after locations, this beautifully-appointed condo is the perfect gateway to all of your mountain and outdoor adventures. A true ski-in/ski-out condo, this location ensures that you have direct access to the slopes of Park City Mountain. Easy access to extensive hiking and biking trails surround this beautiful home during the summer season. The Park City Golf Club is a few steps away, should you decide to play a round or two with your loved ones.
The Space:
This fabulously renovated two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo with stunning mountain views and ski in/ski out access to Park City Mountain Resort features striking, modern mountain decor, an ideal location and cozy sleep spaces for six.
Enter into the stylish, open-concept kitchen/dining/living area which features designer decor and allows for easy relaxation and interaction no matter your activity of choice. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, a tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances with seating for four at the bar. A modern, stylish dining table with built-in banquette seating is perfect for dining or playing games.
Comfortable seating in the living room is perfectly situated to highlight Snow Flower’s wooded setting while also inviting you to settle in for a movie on the large, flat-screen, smart TV or spend the evening enjoying the beautiful fireplace and taking in the views of the stars.
The main bedroom is modern and crisp, with vaulted ceilings and a luxurious king-sized bed with a dresser, two nightstands, a reading chair, and a flat-screen TV. The large windows brighten the room, but also feature black-out shades for added comfort. The private ensuite bathroom is clean and well-appointed with European glass shower surround.
A second, main floor bedroom has a queen-size bed and is beautifully decorated, with a large closet. The second bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and also functions as the guest bathroom for the main floor. It is bright and spacious with a stackable washer/dryer and a newly-remodeled shower.
Upstairs, you will find a dynamic loft/living room that is perfect to use as a casual lounge space or as a third bedroom for teenagers, children or an additional couple. The twin-size bunk beds sleep two while the spacious sectional sofa can flatten to act as a sleep area for two more, if needed. The loft also has its own flat-screen, smart TV and a full-size bathroom with a shower-tub combo and single vanity.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home and the outdoor patio space as well as the shared hot tub, community pool, and fitness center. You will also have access to a single parking spot in the underground parking garage of the complex. There are limited outdoor parking spaces and guests are reminded that they must display their parking tag.

This condo is a ski-in/out property with incredible access to the First Time, Mountain's Eagle and Three Kings chair lifts at Park City Mountain Resort. The Park City Golf Club is also a few steps away, should you decide to play a round or two with your loved ones.
Park City's Main Street Historic District is just a short 10-minute bus ride away, connecting you to various eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. Unlimited access to world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, local markets, and other unique festivities are at your fingertips.
Getting Around:
From this stunning condo, you are just steps from Park City Mountain Resort, bringing world-class skiing right to your door. If you're looking to explore the city, multiple Park City Transit bus routes are available at the Silver King bus stop just 0.2 miles away and will take you to all of the main attractions and additional ski lifts in the area. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.
Quiet hours must be observed on the property nightly from 10pm to 8am. During these hours, tenants should refrain from activities that may cause excessive noise and interrupt the tranquility of other units.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
The shared pool complex closes seasonally from the end of ski season until approximately Memorial Day Weekend and from Labor Day Weekend until the beginning of ski season.
The pools and spa will be closed for the fall season beginning Monday, September 30th and will re-open Friday, November 22nd

Résumé: Overall a good stay! Excellent location for ski-in/out. The hot tub is amazing, especially after a day of skiing. Great location to grocery store, restaurants and things to do downtown. Recommend Grub Steak restaurant if you are looking for a good steakhouse nearby. Why we knocked it from 5-stars to 4: -The main bathroom on the first floor has EXTREMELY hard water pressure. Not sure that it would be safe for kids. -The hot water also runs out a quickly. We had 6 adults and hot water would run out after approx 2 quick showers. We sent a message through VRBO to the owner and received a reply that they would look at it, but they did not during our stay. -There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. When we ran out, we asked the maid for more, but she never brought anymore. -No Kleenexes in the condo. -No hot pads in the kitchen for cooking. Even though we have several concerns with this place, I do not think any are a deal breaker. We would still come back for the location of the ski-in/out.
