A super comfortable, beautifully furnished ground floor flat for 2 persons in a large property ( one acre, 3000SqM). FREE ( and safe) parking for 2 cars right next to the flat. Total privacy in a very quiet area, large garden, no neighbors. FULLY equipped kitchen, private, large sunny garden terrace.Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, living room, kitchen, separate toilet.
2 persons can stay in the flat. Wooden (oak) floor, Furniture and decoration is 100% new, high grade. The kitchen is fully equiped with new, top brand (Bosch) : a traditional oven, a powerful large size microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer , large electrical ceramic cooking plate. Nespresso machine.
In addition: washing machine (clothes), tumble dryer, ironing board and Iron.
Hotel grade quality double bed with pocket springs. Separate bathroom with large shower. Separate toilet. Living room with a large sofa, dining table, salon table. There is free wifi, and a flat screen TV ( cabled, tens of programmes available)
10 minutes only from the very heart of Brussels ( the Grand place) by car. 20 minutes by tram.
Plenty of space around the house, and no neighbours (only a horse riding school and a tennis club with open air tennis courts). So the place is really quiet. Our guests in the flat will enjoy a nice garden view and their own terrace, right on the garden, as the flat is on the ground floor. You will enjoy total privacy as he flat's entrance is separate from the main house entrance. You will acceed to the house through a 90 metre private drive, after passing through a wooden gate that opens with a code (no keys needed).
The surroundings
Right down our drive (3minutes) you are already in the «Bois de la Cambre» a large park, that gives you access to the «Forêt de Soignes», several hundred acres of old beech forest, a wonderful place for walking or biking.
Super safe and secure: Our property is fenced all around, and the access to the property is only possible through a wooden gate at the end of the alley. Ample space for parking your car safely, right next to the flat.
This place is deal for Nature lovers, who do not want to be disturbed by the noise of the city centre at night, or want to
avoid the risk of parking ( IF you are lucky to find a parking space) in the city centre (Costly and not safe).

RESTAURANTS: italian, provencal, thai, japanese within 5-8 min on foot.
