Your space for your special holiday
You sleep in an luxurious 13m² yurt with all the comfort, a unique stargazing roof, a double bed, your own solar system and solar electricity outputs, oriental styled dark wood furniture, kitchen essentials (tea, coffee, oil, salt,...). To make the temperature just perfect for your comfort, there is a fan in the summer and heating for the winter nights. Besides having full privacy (no neighbour, your yurt is standing alone on an ancient stone threshing floor), you have a private outdoor bathroom, with a composting toilet, a sink and a solar shower (hot when the sun shines on it) where you will be showering while watching the ocean !!! You also have a shared hot shower all the time at your disposal.
Your private outdoor kitchen includes a gas stove, kitchen utensils and sitting area. You have your own big round sun bed with sea view, also perfect for lying down and stargazing.
The finca was a former goat farm so there are plenty of caves around for the herd, the tools and the former shepherd family..
The stone terraces and the threshing floor on the finca have been classified national heritage and we are restorating with associations the ancient hiking trails. Three of those hiking trails with very scenic views even depart directly from your yurt. All the area is still really empty so that you can enjoy all these traditional natural jewels on your own most of the time !!!
Also if you are interested in wine there is a bodega you can walk to and where you can do wine tasting.

You can use the few hectares of the beautiful farm away from civilisation and electrical magnetic fields, including heritage classified stone terraces and stone platform, caves, dry canyon. Hiking trails are numerous, just ask us for more information. On your way you can observe endemic species like the funny golden houseleeks or the canary birds, or also eat seasonal fruit and nuts like grape, figs and almonds in September. You can use share-use our 4m diameter trampoline, our pool in the summertime and outdoor yoga platforms.
Other things to note
Basic private outdoor bathroom with solar shower with view on the ocean (hot shower cabine available all the time as well) compost toilet and sink.
As it is in the nature,although there are no dangerous animal at all, you may encounter lezards and geckos.
You will need a car to come to our Finca. Since Tenerife is one giant Vulcano there are a fiew steep hills. Therefore we recommend not to rent the smallest car possible. The driveway to us includes 500m of dirt road.
House rules:
- no checkin after 9pm and before 3pm
- please let us know at least 2 days in advance your arrival time
- -no shoes in the yurt
-take care of your own garbage.
- put anything which should not be wet inside your yurt before you leave on an excursion
- please take off the bed sheets before you leave
- Don't let your child without surveillance
- Leave the place as clean as you found it (although there is no cleaning fee in the price, the deposit includes a possible cleaning fine)
- let us know directly if anything is broken or stained so that we can replace it for the next guests. You will be asked to pay for the damage before you leave.
- Don't leave the gas heater on during all night.
- don't use the gas heater with open door or windows.
-as we reexplain you at checkin the yurt has got its own independant solar system. it is your responsibility to monitor the energy charge of the battery to not break it (replacement is 279 eur) . basically don t leave the inverter on when you leave the yurt and don t leave it on alnight /switch it off as soon as the noise signal indicates a 50%discharge
-checkout will be performed with the guests and the owner before departure:
-dishes should be left cleaned and dry
-owner should be informed during stay or check out about broken or damaged items/ stains
-bedsheets should be taken off
-yurt and bathroom left tidy and clean
-own garbage should be taken to the container on the road
-in case you don t respect the checkin hours a night checkin fee of 50 eur will be applied at arrival
