THE SPACE
Nicely appointed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this family home features a main level open floor plan with an abundance of natural light and views of the nearby mountains, mature landscaping and limited views of Blue Lake. The living room has ample seating for everyone in your group, and the fully remodeled kitchen comes equipped with everything needed to create a wonderful meal!
The backyard, steps from the kitchen, has a fenced in area which is an ideal play area for kids and four legged friends! After a barbecue in the backyard dining area with a gas grill, enjoy a stroll to the nearby neighborhood park and playground.
Three comfortable bedrooms are nicely tucked away upstairs. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a private soaking tub. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds, great for kids or adults! For extra sleeping accommodations, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Steps from the front porch there is a walking path around Blue Lake and a park with a playground, perfect for kids! The lake is OFF LIMITS for guest use, and although it is fenced off, please keep children supervised at all times.
