Can Malondra is a beautiful holiday house with 4 bedrooms, for 8 people, garden and a large pool, located in the middle of nature in the area of Pollença, very close to the beaches.
Upon entering the villa, you will find beautiful natural stone paths that lead you through the garden to the pool terrace, where the sun loungers invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun to the fullest. The pool is simply spectacular. It measures 9 x 4.5 m and has a water depth of 0.60 - 1.90 m and is the ideal place to cool off from the Mediterranean heat. Next to the pool is the furnished terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue, the perfect place to dine al fresco and prepare delicious barbecues with friends and family. In the garden and on the terraces there are various sunbathing areas with hammocks, sofas and outdoor seating. There is a large lawn in front of the house where children can play and romp around. The natural garden is planted with Mediterranean trees and plants.
From the pool terrace you enter a bright, air-conditioned living room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV, ideal for reading or relaxing. The adjoining living-dining room is comfortably furnished. The separate eat-in kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the essential appliances and utensils for a gastronomic holiday, as well as another dining table for 6 people. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The cottage has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms: two of the bedrooms have 2 single beds each and the other two bedrooms have 1 double bed each. All bedrooms have 1 wardrobe each. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A third bathroom with a bathtub is available to all residents. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided. 2 outdoor parking spaces are available.
