Private apartment for 2-4 persons in Bodensdorf, directly on the Ossiacher See in the apartment complex K + M + B. Take a break from everyday life or enjoy the winter wonderland on the Gerlitzen.
Equipment:
Our spacious apartment is about 59 square meters and has two balconies to the east side. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the sun and in the evening a glass of wine overlooking the mountains and the historic collegiate church in Ossiach. You can expect a lovingly furnished living room (with sofa bed 1.6 m x 2.0 m), a bedroom (with double bed), a newly renovated bathroom, a separate toilet and an anteroom. Our small but functional kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven and ceramic hob and a dishwasher.
Garden chairs, umbrellas, radio and TV (dig. Satellite system) are available as well as a DVD player. All this is available to you free of charge.
We installed an LTE router in the apartment so that you can now access the internet there as well. For your stay, we provide 3. 000 MB. This should be sufficient for chatting, googling and mail traffic. Larger downloads can still be done for free in the reception.
Washing machines and dryers can be used for a fee.

Above the Ossiacher See the sun is working overtime, while you enjoy the winter: 14 cable cars and lifts, 26 km of slopes - family-friendly always well prepared, wide - simply beautiful.
Snowmaking systems guarantee a high level of snow safety. A ski school, ski kindergarten and equipment rental are available there.
A free shuttle bus takes you (about 5 km) to the valley station of the gondola lift, which brings you to the ski area on the Gerlitzen Alpe. The bus stop is about 80 meters from our apartment.
In the valley area you will find the Ossiacher See Halle, the cross-country ski trails on the Bleistätter Moor, cleared walking paths and plenty of culinary and cultural delights.
In some years you can ice skate on the frozen lake or curling.
Our condominium is located directly on the lake (with drinking water quality) and has a quiet, spacious lawn with swimming and surf pier. In addition there are secluded areas for non-swimmers and swimmers. The pebble beach is gently sloping.
On the large lawn there is a separate ball court, a large sandpit, a climbing castle, a boccia (boule) sand track, two ping-pong tables and a beach volleyball court, and a changing room with shower directly on the lake. Storage for boats and surfers are abundant.
The complex includes a large car park and a light-flooded indoor pool with 20 m track length. The use is included in the rent. Of course you will also find showers, toilets and changing rooms there
Surroundings
Bodensdorf is located on the north shore approximately in the middle of the 11 km long Ossiacher lake. In the immediate vicinity of the resort there are grocery stores, surf school with surfboard, boat and bike rentals and tennis courts. Only a few minutes walk away, you will find everything for your daily needs: supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy, restaurants, restaurants, mini golf, spa park, disco's boat landing and 3 banks.
