A high-end architecturally designed home in the quieter part of Lorne, within walking distance of the beach. Perfectly suited for couples, the whole family or large groups (sleeps up to 10), this coastal property maximizes the awe-inspiring ocean views from each room, whilst maintaining its privacy in a bush setting. Featuring high-end facilities and luxurious interiors designed to blend with and complement the natural surrounds, you will not be disappointed with this architectural masterpiece.
On entering the top level you pass through the entrance hall enveloped with ocean views and the surrounding gum trees, and are greeted by the inviting library/study complete with an open fireplace and further ocean views, offering a secluded and quiet getaway to read and relax.
Proceeding down the timber-sculptured staircase you are invited into the open plan dining/living area, kitchen, walk-in pantry, laundry, guest bathroom, bar area and the private master bedroom wing with its expansive walk-in wardrobe/dressing-room and stunning bathroom featuring an ocean view shower and double vanity. The kitchen comes complete with Miele appliances and everything needed for a gourmet retreat. The dining area has an indoor table for 8 and a breakfast bar for 2 with glass bi-fold doors opening directly onto the expansive deck where you can enjoy the complete indoor/outdoor experience. The deck has a discrete enclosed outdoor shower, a large hooded gas BBQ and a designer outdoor setting for up to 10 to dine while taking in the ocean views. The indoor living area has plush couches, a large smart TV/blue ray/Foxtel with a quality surround sound system that can be streamed throughout the house and a large open fireplace.
Now down to the lower level where there are two further bedrooms with large queen size beds, built in robes and a third bedroom with 2 king size bunks beds allowing 4 adults to sleep in comfort. A bathroom and separate powder room is also on this level. Here you will also find a large living area complete with its own couches, smart TV/blue ray, with access to a private balcony and further ocean and bush views, and a separate billiard room. The entire lower level can be closed off for added privacy.
With the ocean views, the central heating, air-conditioning and the open fireplace Vantage Point is perfect for a summer or winter luxury getaway.
Vantage Point has full baby facilities 2 x porta cots, one high chair and a baby bath. These are stored in the cupboard under the stairs on the lower level.

The name says it all Vantage Point is a truly beautiful home; the vibe that you feel as you walk in feeds the soul. The house is very well equipped and organized.
