The backyard is shared only with the downstairs unit in the duplex, offering a comfortable space to enjoy the outdoors. Please note that there is a separate patio area adjacent to the backyard that is reserved exclusively for the downstairs unit. Two clearly marked parking spots are available: one in the garage and one directly behind it. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
