The villa is located on the second floor and has a large, open family room with comfortable seating, a queen size sofa bed, HDTV, and fireplace. An adjacent dining table and bar stools allow for a cozy yet spacious dining area for great family dining and game time. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully stocked with all items necessary for preparing memorable meals with family and friends. A full size washer/dryer is there as well for your convenience.
The master bedroom features a king bed with a lovely wooded accent wall, hardwood floors, HDTV, en suite master bath with walk-in shower and jetted tub and double vanities. There is also patio access from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom also features a king bed with hardwood floors and elegant furnishings. There is an adjacent hall bath with a walk-in shower with easy access to the guest bedroom.

The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake. There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery! When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
