Villa Adam offers a dedicated housekeeping services and our staff, Jean and Wig, will help to make your stay stress free and enjoyable. They are both parents so love having kids come to stay and are more than happy to help with babysitting and playtime, also supervising children outside and in the pool. They are available for you 8 hours a day (except for Sundays) and can help with shopping, preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner, should you wish. They also take care of the cleaning and laundry and bedding changes. They are a great asset for those needing help during their stay.
The space
Villa Adam is set up to offer you the ultimate in luxury serviced accommodation in North Cyprus.
As well as the stunning terrace and infinity pool, there are seven wonderful en-suite bedrooms and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that is ideal for socialising with friends and family.

Living room and kitchen
The luxurious open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area forms the heart of the house for relaxing and social occasions. It is spacious enough to spread out and enjoy the facilities as it opens up onto the pool area with its incredible views, but cosy enough to come together to watch a DVD or share an intimate evening.
The living room is equipped with the latest technology, including a surround sound system, 65” TV with DVD player and Apple TV, and a fireplace if you would like a cosy evening. The villa has air conditioning and under-floor central heating, so whatever time of year you can set it to whatever temperature suits you.
The fully equipped kitchen features appliances like an espresso maker, large fridge with fresh water and an icemaker and a dishwasher. There is also a spacious storage room for appliances like the washing machine and dryer.
Our dining area is perfect for social occasions. The long wooden table stretches out with space and chairs for 14 people and views out across the Mediterranean.
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs in Villa Adam you will find four of the property’s luxurious bedrooms, each with its own en suite facilities. There is also the added benefit of a sauna for guests to share, and spectacular views out over the sea.
Bedroom 1 is a massive 100m2 and also boasts a private balcony of 60m2 with views of the sea. It features a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe area, a 50” TV and an en-suite with bath, shower and double sink. There is an additional charge for this room.
Bedroom 2 is a double room with a shared balcony that overlooks the sea and pool area. With a comfortable double bed, the room has an en suite shower and toilet, air conditioning and a ceiling fan for the warm Mediterranean evenings.
Bedroom 3 is another room with a shared balcony that looks out to sea views. It features a double bed, an en suite shower room, as well as air conditioning, central heating and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4 features a queen size bed and a luxurious walk-in wardrobe area and an en suite with both bath and shower facilities. From the balcony you can enjoy views of the sea, forest and the pool area.
The sauna area is an added luxury. It is big enough for 4 people to enjoy comfortably, with a sleek changing area.
DOWNSTAIRS
Downstairs at Villa Adam you will find three further bedrooms, each leading out onto the terrace and the pool area. This area also has an additional guest WC and a cloak room for extra convenience.
Bedroom 5 is sometimes used as a study for smaller parties, but features a sofa bed and its own en suite shower and toilet.
Bedroom 6 is a double room with en suite shower facilities. Like all the bedrooms it offers air conditioning and central heating to ensure a comfortable temperature at all times.
Bedroom 7 offers a large queen size bed and the added luxury of a walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower facilities.
OUTSIDE
Outside Villa Adam you can really appreciate its wonderful location right on the sea front of the Mediterranean. This area of North Cyprus is one of unspoilt beauty and boasts one of the most attractive climates for visitors in Europe.
Guests have exclusive use of the infinity pool, which blends in seamlessly to the magnificent sea views. There is also a safe children’s pool area and a table tennis table, making the villa perfect for a family holiday in North Cyprus.
Around the pool you will find a seating area and several loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun as you unwind in the serene, peaceful surroundings.
