Three large bedrooms – two with queen beds and one with a double bed and couch which folds out to a double bed. BIR in two bedrooms, hanging space in the third. All bedrooms are light, bright and delightfully airy.
With unique, stylish and contemporary finishes, Villa Alba features a rare wrought iron staircase, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge and useful separate living space in third rear bedroom.
The open plan living and dining area is the perfect space for everyone to come together and enjoy each other's company. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed appliances including a gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher.
The study on the first floor is locked and not available for guests use.
The private west-facing garden boasts an outdoor setting & BBQ that is perfect for al fresco dining and outdoor entertaining.
Features include central heating, separate laundry with washer and dryer and guest toilet and a large screen Samsung Art Screen Smart TV and fast wifi.
Although there are brilliant cafés, restaurants and boutiques literally on your doorstop, inside Villa Alba is private, peaceful and quiet retreat.
Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, (MSAC), Port Phillip Bay, South Melbourne Beach, Albert Park Lake, South Melbourne Market and St Vincent’s Gardens are all within a short walk. The CBD and St Kilda are just a short tram ride away.
Parking permit are provided for the free all day on street parking right outside the front door.
