Here is your chance to vacation in this beautiful Four bedroom (5th bedroom if needed) Acapulco Villa and in one of the most sought after communities in the world! Welcome to Las Brisas La Concha. Lifestyles of the rich and famous has done more episodes in Las Brisas, than any other part of the world.
The house is located just 15 minutes form the center of Acapulco bay and 20 minutes from the airport, yet nestled peacefully in a private, guarded, gated, community, along with 249 other magnificent properties.
This house has one distinct advantage over 219 of the other villas in Las Brisas. A view to die for, with a complete, unobstructed view of Acapulco bay. At night, it will take your breath away. The main Villa offers 3 very nice size bedrooms, with sitting areas and 3 and 1/2 baths with a fourth bedroom ajoining the main Villa.
The entire house is done in marble. The front of the house is all glass, to enhance the spectacular view of Acapulco Bay. The main level consists of a large entrance, with a fountain and stairs off both sides. There is one large bedroom, full bathroom, sitting room and a separate exit to a terrace that overlooks the pool area. Plus....A incredible waterfall and water slide that is sure to please.
The main level has a huge family / living room of all glass with love seats that over look Acapulco Bay, an elevated dining area, that seats 12, a separate bar area and a beautiful kitchen. Off the kitchen is the laundry room. Thier is also a large media room / bedroom
with TV, stereo system and also a king size bed that over looks the living are and view of the Bay. Located out the two 14 foot glass doors of the family / living room is a beautiful patio area, perfect for dining or relaxing that also over looks Acapulco Bay
Down another flight of marble stairs, will take us to the pool deck area, just redone in a cool deck white finish. Back up to the main level and up a marble staircase will take us to the second level. To the left a bedroom, with a full bath. To the right is the master bedroom. It is big and comfortable. Two large sets of sliding glass doors take us out to the marble terrace with an incredible view of Acapulco Bay! I love this terrace. It is very large, with a sitting / dining area and sunning area. Up a few stairs will take you to another terrace with another very private sunning area.
The Villa has an ultra-violet water purification system and the Villa also has a water pressurization system. Many homes in Mexico suffer from poor water pressure, not this house and with all copper water lines.
This house is set-up for pleasure. The Villa also offers Mexican Channels and USA Direct TV Satellite TV and wireless high speed Internet.
This Villa is truly unique. It really must be seen to be fully appreciated. I warn you, one look at the view at night and you will be taken in! Truly magnificent. There are too many items included with the house to list. Amenities included in Las Brisas, a doctor, a nurse, 24/7 365 days a year, at the administration facility, located only 4 minutes from the house.
Other amenities include at the Private Las Brisas Club ( fee may be required) just for Owner's and their Guests are a Olympic size swimming pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, tennis pro, 2 lighted paddle tennis courts, steam room, shower facilities, small restaurant, full gym, aerobics, theater, church, small store and a picnic area, with ping pong tables. And ask about the private secret beach just 5 min from the Villa. What esle in the world to you need to make this the best vacation EVER!

Résumé: The villa was beautiful with amazing views of Acapulco, but the staff was even better. They always wanted to make sure we were having the best time, which we were!! Juanita is the BEST COOK EVER!! We all probably gained 10 lbs from all the delicious food. We came for my birthday and I felt like a birthday queen every day. We were so thankful for such an amazing place to stay. We felt safe 100% of the time and knew that Jesus the house manager was always looking out for us. There were a lot of mosquitos, but that just comes with being in a tropical place. I would recommend this Villa to anyone and everyone that wants a relaxing and beautiful vacation.
