THE LOCATION
Villa Alida is located in Andrano, a small village in the Salento hinterland complete with the main commercial activities and useful services.
Walking through the alleys of Andrano you will be able to breathe in the history, tradition and local culture. There are several artistic monuments to discover, including the Spinola-Caracciolo Castle, and sacred buildings of great interest, such as the Church of Sant'Andrea Apostolo and the Church of Santa Maria della Grazia, also known as the Church of the former convent.
Furthermore, during the summer season, there will be no shortage of festivals and cultural events, which will immerse you in the heart of Salento folklore and tradition. Like the highly anticipated festival of "Salento culinary art" with typical dishes accompanied by shows with popular music, which brings together a large number of tourists every year.
Finally, the villa is only 3.5 km from the fascinating Adriatic coast, in particular from the Marina di Andrano. The property is approximately 90 m2 large, can comfortably accommodate 6 guests (up to 8 guests, taking advantage of the sofa bed in the dining room) and is composed of:

- the bright, well-furnished living room with dining table, TV corner and sofa bed;
- equipped kitchen with a wide range of appliances including a dishwasher;
- a large bedroom consisting of a double bed and a single bed;
- a complete bathroom with shower;
- comfortable storage room with laundry corner and washing machine.
ATTIC
In the attic (with terrace) there is a further bedroom with double bed and single bed, and a complete bathroom with shower.

Furthermore, the area falls within the "Parco Naturale Regionale Costa Otranto S.M.di Leuca" area, a protected natural area which aims to conserve and recover animal and plant species and safeguard environmental sustainability.
The main beaches of Marina di Andrano are "La Botte" and "Marina della Torre" bathed by crystal clear waters and characterized by low and easily accessible rocks.
The two beaches are connected to each other by the seafront, embellished with agave plants and which houses the various rooms from which it is possible to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
Among the main attractions of the place is the Green Grotto, one of the most important and fascinating caves in the area.
