The house has 180 m2 distributed over two floors on a 380 m2 plot. It has a saltwater pool and a garden area. It is fully equipped with elements of the highest quality, which means that guests can enjoy an unforgettable and comfortable stay in an ideal environment for their vacations. In the villa you will find a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles with a king-size, and 2 singles with extra-wide beds. There are 3 bathrooms, with showers and bathtubs, and 1 toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with the most modern elements and an outdoor area with a gazebo terrace and adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a spacious living room. Pool terrace with loungers and table to enjoy the view. It has satellite TV and WIFI. Air conditioning in all rooms with heat pump. Barbecue on the rear terrace. It also has free parking on the street or if you prefer there is an outside space inside the house. The area has all the services you may need such as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, press, hairdresser, shops and a bus stop 1 minute walk away. The center of Palma de Mallorca is only 20 minutes away by car and 10 minutes from the airport. And 5 minutes from the Aqualand Arenal water park. If you want to enjoy the long Arenal beach, it is only 8 minutes away by car. In this tourist area you will find large leisure and entertainment areas. If you prefer to go to the sea on foot, you can go to Cala Delta where there are innumerable coves that surround it, taking a 10-minute walk (or by car in 2 minutes).
