A fabulous lakeside retreat, the Villa Cinderella sleeps up to 13-14 people (730 m²):
- On the ground floor is a spacious and bright living room thanks to the large window overlooking the lake with cosy sofas and fireplace, TV and piano. Dining room with table seating 14 people. Separate kitchen. Study room. Toilet. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
- Leading up the wooden spiral stairs to the first floor you’ll find 4 ensuite bedrooms: master bedroom with double bed and access to a lakeview balcony, two bedrooms with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub (and overhead shower).
- On the second floor with independent entrance is a mansard apartment (130 m²) for 3 or 4 people: living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and single bed, small bedroom with single bed.
The garden features stunning views over Lake Maggiore towards the bay of Stresa - Verbania. There’s an open and a covered terrace on each side of the villa with outdoor furniture and built-in barbecue to enjoy al fresco dining and a sunny lawn with sun loungers and deck chairs. Particularly inviting is the flowered pergola with large table for up to 20 people! Stairs tunnel down from the garden to a stone platform bordering the lake from where you can go for a refreshing swim or a relaxing cruise by canoe.
This vacation villa ‘Villa Cinderella’ is situated along the shore in a peaceful residential area only 600 m from the village centre of Ispra which has a small number of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a scenic lakefront promenade, marina, small beach and lakeside bars. Six km away is the charming laid-back village of Angera with the historic Castle ‘La Rocca’ and ferry to Arona. The villa is 15 km away from the charming town of Laveno, where you can hop on any ferry to explore the wonders of the lake (regular crossings to the Borromeo islands, Stresa and Verbania Intra). The railway station of Laveno easily connects you with Milan city centre.

- Security deposit by bank transfer to the owner (refundable): 2000 euro
