Set in a spacious garden surrounded by woods and hills, the villa is 6 km from the small village of Monterchi, where you can find shops, banks and restaurants. The characteristic villages of Sansepolcro, Caprese Michelangiolo and Anghiari are nearby and the beautiful city of Arezzo is just 30 km away. You are also within driving distance of the art cities of Siena (95 km) and Florence (110 km).
