The Villa Elpida is situated in a quiet and elevated location just behind the village of Prines on a 4,800 sqm natural plot. The villa is embedded in a very well-kept Mediterranean garden with lush lavender bushes, large and old olive trees, gnarled carob trees and with a fantastic view of the sea and mountains.
The Villa Elpida, built in classic natural stone, has a size of 196 square meters with 5 rooms, including 3 luxurious and comfortable bedrooms for 6 people. Particular value was placed on a high-quality design with classic stone floors and wooden ceilings, as well as luxurious furnishings. The master bedroom is one of the highlights of this house and is very spacious at 35 square meters. The master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom with shower and designer bathtub to feel good. The bathroom has its own balcony overlooking the sea, the beautiful and well-kept garden and the large pool with pool deck.
You can enjoy the majestic sea view to the north on the approx. 60 m2 large terrace on the upper floor, which can be easily reached from the master bedroom. Here you can sunbathe on comfortable loungers under pleasant shade or enjoy the romantic sunset in the evening. The outdoor veranda with sea views can also be reached via the classic stone staircase from the pool and garden.
The floor plans of the villa are spacious and practical. Two guest or children's rooms are located on the garden level. The rooms have a size of 28 square meters or 24 square meters and also have their own bathroom with shower and toilet.
The elegant and large living room and the comfortably equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people complete the luxurious ambience. The view from the living room leads outside to the 63 sqm heated pool (pool heating not included in the price) with outdoor shower, pool deck and a very spacious veranda with over 250 sqm.
Enjoy a day at the pool and in the shade of the pool deck! As a luxurious lounge for reading at lunchtime or for an evening cocktail, it enriches the outdoor area of the villa. The floor is made of Meranti wood, the pillars and back wall are made of cooling natural stone. Right next to this oasis is the large outdoor grill and the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The roof terrace and the pool terrace are equipped with high-quality garden furniture and parasols. The lower and upper terraces are shaded by pergolas.
All rooms are furnished to a high standard, in classic elegance and with a great deal of flair for beautiful design, and each has a 42-inch LCD television with Blue-Ray DVD player. A very quiet air conditioning ensures sufficient coolness in the rooms during the night. The windows have mosquito nets. There are internet connections in the 3 bedrooms and in the living room. The villa is equipped with a WIFI system. In the master bedroom with 35 square meters you sleep wonderfully in a double bed, size 180 x 210 cm. The other bedrooms, each 25 square meters, each have two single beds that can be put together or apart.
The pool with 63 square meters (5.3 m x 11.9 m) can be heated up to 28 °C. It can be additionally heated in the off-season on request (pool heating not included in the price), which makes swimming pleasant even when the outside temperatures are cooler allows.
