The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by tall trees. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the greenery.

The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs and a desk. You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a window.
