Located in a peaceful location in the Mugello valley, Villa Elda is delightful farmhouse with a private swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Located just 8 km from Borgo San Lorenzo, where there are shops, restaurants, and a train station, the villa is perfect for those who enjoy trekking and mountain biking, as well as being close to Lake Bilancino (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing) and the lovely art city of Florence.
Villa Elda (190 sqm) develops over two levels and consists of two apartments (each 95 sqm) with comfortable, rustic-style furnishings. There is a 250m concrete uphill road leading to the property which is not suitable for sports cars or vehicles with low ground clearance.
APARTMENT 1 (sleeps 4)
On the ground floor, you will find a living room (with sofa, satellite TV), a kitchen/dining room (with dining table for 4, fireplace, oven, gas hob: 4 burners, fridge freezer, dishwasher) and one bathroom (with shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet).
On the first floor, you will find one twin bedroom (with two single beds, Wi-Fi) and one double bedroom (with double bed) with access to a terrace.
APARTMENT 2 (sleeps 4)
On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room (with sofa, dining table for 4, satellite TV), a well-equipped kitchen (with oven, gas hob: 4 burners, microwave, fridge, dishwasher) and an external service room (with washing machine).
On the first floor you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet) and a mezzanine level with two single beds.
Outside, there is a garden with a private swimming pool (8m x 4.6m; depth 1.3m; open from 1 May to 30 September), an outdoor jacuzzi (for 6 people), a shady gazebo with an outside dining area, barbecue, bread oven and onsite parking.
