Perched almost at the very top of the hills above Pollensa, the villas one level living space makes the most of the exceptional mountain and sea views over Pollensa Old Town and Serra de Tramuntana right the way across to the bays of Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and beyond.This villa is perfect for a small group or family looking for a holiday house to really relax in. The layout of this home makes for an easy family holiday with children of all ages - all on one level with the open plan kitchen/dining/living area at one end of the villa and the 3 spacious bedrooms at the other.
The large master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower and bath, a walk in wardrobe area and large picture window capturing the vast views. The two further bedrooms are both twins each with built-in wardrobes, beautiful views and share a bathroom with walk-in shower.
From a private driveway, with space for at least 2 cars, follow down a staircase (with stairgate) to access the air conditioned open concept living, kitchen and dining area with incredible views.
The floor to ceiling windows and doors make the house bright and spacious with natural light flooding in throughout. Three doors open up to on to the large, glass-enclosed terrace where there is plenty of space for everyone to make the most of the Majorcan indoor/outdoor lifestyle and incredible mountain, town and sea views.
In addition, a BBQ and outdoor patio heater mean you can enjoy the sunrise and sunsets even on cooler days. Located right next to the kitchen and viewed from the living area and terrace as well, the fourth door opens up on to the secure garden area with shade and artificial grass, so you can relax whilst the children play.
From the terrace, through a lockable gate and down a non-slip ramp, is a second terrace with private swimming pool (8x4m) with shallow entry steps and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing, sunbathing, and making the most of the incredible view. The pool can also be heated (for an extra charge)
