Indeed, on the ground floor and upstairs 2 large bedrooms are available to you as well as a bathroom and a toilet. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees in good weather. From the Villa, you have the possibility of discovering the abundant nature, the picturesque villages to visit or simply enjoying the tranquility and space that this property offers. Overall:
Within walking distance, you will discover the beautiful mountainous nature and by bike or mountain bike you have the opportunity to contemplate the rugged surroundings. 7 minutes by car is the village of Olonzac, where you will find a large supermarket but also all kinds of other shops and various restaurants and a beautiful, large weekly market on Tuesday. The beach is less than an hour by car and Lake Jouarres is in Olonzac (7 km), where you can go swimming or go sailing etc.

The living room (40 m²) offers direct access to the veranda to the south from which the swimming pool is directly accessible, ideal for spring and autumn. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the front terrace which is largely covered with a dining table and its built-in barbecue. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, dishwasher and luxury freezer. The two bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with double beds (140 x 200 and 160 x 200). Between the two bedrooms is the toilet and then the bathroom with double sink, shower and bath. On the first floor are the other two bedrooms, one bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and the other bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200). This room has patio doors leading to the large balcony and a fantastic view. On this floor you will find a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and sink.
Outside:
Adjoining the living room is the veranda which opens onto the large spacious terrace with the swimming pool (4.5 x 9.5 heated). Here is also the summer kitchen to enjoy the long evenings. In the morning, you can have breakfast on the terrace which connects to the kitchen and where the stone barbecue is also located. It’s nice to relax in the shade. There is enough space to park cars at home and the land is fully fenced and closed.
