Furthermore, the villa offers stunning panoramic views and sunsets, sun loungers to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere, a private little pier from which jump into the lake and also direct access to the beach!
Inside, this new retreat is furnished in a modern style for an effortless stay. There is a spacious living room with cream-colored sofas, fireplace and a smart TV. Together with a very stylish, big and fully functional kitchen-diner, this villa provides the ideal space for a comfortable and carefree holiday with loved ones.
A dishwasher, Nespresso machine, air conditioning, a fan and fridge are available for a hassle-free stay. Meanwhile, a separate, sun-lit dining room is also at guests’ disposal to enjoy indoor dining with everyone.
In the same park, there is Villa Berenice ID 5018, but the two villas enjoy total independence: they have two separate car entrances and only have access to the lake and beach in common.

However, the peculiarity of this little lake is that motor boats are forbidden here, which allows guests to enjoy long swims and makes it very safe for children as well. Additionally, guests can also rent pedaloes and paddle board to discover the beautiful beaches of the lake.
Lake Monate is a charming holiday destination in itself and also has dedicated areas for barbecuing as well as picnicking, and the closest restaurant-bar is just a 5-10 minutes from here.
Those who want to explore beyond the lake can go hiking at the famous Passeggiata Dell’ Amore (10-minutes) in Ispra or enjoy golfing at the nearby golf course, one of which has an 18-hole course!
Comabbio, on Lake Monate is the perfect starting point to visit all the nearby areas like Laveno-Mombello, Caldè, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina, Luino and Milan as well as Como, which is just 1-hour by car.
