This beautiful villa features 5 airy bedrooms, four of which are equipped with a double bed and one with a single bed. Next to the double bed, one of the bedrooms also features a single bed. Together with one bathroom with bathtub, three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor of the villa along with two bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, and some also feature a work desk. On the third floor guests have at their disposal a gym for recreation and a playroom for the youngest guests. The spacious ground floor of the fully air-conditioned Villa Matea is open-plan and abounds in daylight. It consists of a large kitchen, equipped with everything that guests might need to prepare delicious meals during their stay. There is also a charming dining area with a wooden dining table and a cosy living room with Smart TV and a large comfortable sofa that serves as a bed for two guests.
