Villa Broumas was built with the purpose of becoming a vacation home fit for dreams. It is designed in a modern and open way, with focus to space and comfort. Situated within a huge property in a central but peaceful area in the outskirts of Kerameies village, it offers a private and accessible haven for your vacation.
• The Space
The main residence consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a great open living area adjoined by the kitchen and dining area. All surrounded by a veranda, garden and parking spaces.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed while the other has two singles. Both bedrooms have lots of space, and storage options.
The living room area is open, filled with light and space. Its minimalistic approach to decoration strives to enhance your experience of comfort and relaxation while at home. Ιn the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate the fifth person.
The adjoined kitchen and dining area share the same spirit of openness and minimalism while modern and functional. The kitchen is of course fully equipped to meet all your self-catering needs. Branding a full lineup of essential appliances (electrical stove and oven, a wide fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), lots of storage and all necessary utensils and tools you might ever need. There is also a dining table.
There are two bathrooms in the house, both equipped with showers. The main one also contains the washing machine.
And of course, there is the veranda. Open and spacious in the same color and feeling with the rest of the property it will let you take in all the serenity and fresh air our area has to offer. With a view of St. George castle in the backdrop, relax and enjoy your coffee, meal or drinks out here instead.
The property surrounding the house is huge, with parking space for several cars available within the premises.
Our area is central to the whole island. There is not a particular beach within walking distance. However, we have a dozen of amazing beaches within a few minutes drives in all directions. Places like Avithos, Paliolinos, Agios Thomas, Ammes, Megali Ammos, Costa Costa/Makris Yalos, Lourdas and many, many more are not more than 10’ from the villa by car.
But even if all that sound not enough, well, being in the middle of Kefalonia can be a great starting base for exploring the rest of the island.
Keramies is only 10’ drive from the capital Argostoli and all its city perks if you would like to go shopping, have dinner, a coffee or a night out in the city.
Kefalonia is an amazing island with so many magnificent changing sceneries.
• You can rent a car and explore the famous breathtaking beaches like Myrtos, Petanoi and Antisamos in the north.
• You can visit the most colorful picturesque little gems of villages, like Assos and Fiskardo also at the very north end of the island.
• Mount Ainos is the centerpiece of the island and what makes it so unique. The valley of Omala, home of our patron saint St. Gerasimos Monastery, is also vineyard country, where Robola wine is made.
• The underground lagoon of Melissani and Drogarati cave will awe you for sure.
• Skala and its miles long beach is a great place to visit and is the resort of choice for many thousands. Staying there however, located on the far southeast end of Kefalonia hinders your exploration of the rest of the island.
All these places and so many more, along with the fabulous dining and shopping choices that accompany them, make Kefalonia a truly magical destination. And what better place to host your stay than a serene, buried in nature villa in the middle of it…!
