Villa Nives is a spacious three-story villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps 18 people. You will reach Villa Nives from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

The villa is built on three levels. The ground floor is independent, and reached without any steps to climb. The first level is reached climbing an external stairway and is connected to the second floor by an internal stairway.

The terrace is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. You will reach it going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. It is shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and a swing. From the terrace you will have a pleasant view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. The garden is equipped with a wood bench, as well as with chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will have a lovely view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include three sofas and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. Here you will find a ping pong table and a football table. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The two dining tables can accommodate 18 guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the porch through two French doors. The room has two windows, as well as two small high windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
