Historical villa from the 16th century on three floors, with a total area of approximately 750 sqm with 7 double rooms, 1 single room and 4 bathrooms, able to accommodate 15 people in summer. During the rest of the season the villa makes the property available with the exception of the second floor, with a surface area of approximately 500 square metres with 4 double rooms, 1 single room and 3 bathrooms, able to accommodate 9 people.
The villa has a large park with century-old trees and a private swimming pool, wi-fi internet, spacious and bright interiors perfect for accommodating large groups who do not, however, want to give up their private space.
The outdoor area is characterised by a beautiful 20,000-square-metre park with mostly lawn and tall trees with a huge, centuries-old magnolia. The swimming pool is only a few metres from the house and can be reached via a short flight of steps. The pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 14x7 and varying in depth from 1.20 to 2.70 metres, and is suitable both for the enjoyment of the little ones and the relaxation of the older ones. Around the pool there is a large sunbathing area, partly paved, furnished with tables, parasols, chairs and sun loungers. Near the pool there is also a changing room and an outdoor shower. The outdoor area in front of the entrance to the villa is equipped with tables, chairs and a portable barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. Parking is located inside the property.
The villa, which in the past belonged to noble Pisan families, underwent various restorations over the centuries until the restoration in 1700 that gave it its current appearance. The interiors, embellished with numerous antiques and precious carpets, immerse guests in a bygone era.

Villa Ott is quietly situated on the edge of a small village in the green hills of the Pisan countryside, surrounded by olive groves and woods with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
The central location makes it possible to reach the art cities of Pisa, Lucca and Florence as well as the Etruscan town of Volterra and San Gimignano and Siena in a short time. For those who wish to spend a few pleasant days at the seaside, the sandy beaches of Tirrenia can be reached in half an hour. A little further away (but less than an hour) is Versilia with its centres such as Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta.
