It is a two-storey house of 150 m² with three bedrooms and a swimming pool, able to accommodate up to six people in a quiet and idyllic setting, with a beautiful natural landscape and a view of the sea in the background, just 3 km from the beach and 6 km from the center of city.
VILLA PAN-ARETH consists of two floors, on the first floor the visitor will find a comfortable open space area with a living room, comfortable sofas, air conditioning, a 43 inch TV and a balcony with an outdoor dining area. In the open space there is also a dining room to enjoy your meals as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the items to prepare and serve your meals and a balcony with direct access to the pool. On this level of the house is a bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into a double. The bedroom has a wardrobe, air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the pool. The floor also has a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, the visitor will find another bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the pool and equipped with a coffee table. The third bedroom has a balcony overlooking the front of the house, has a queen size bed, working station and air conditioning. On this floor there are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as a refrigerator and a washing machine.
