Comprising two sublime villas adjacent to one another, this is a delightfully spacious choice for a large group of friends or family, providing room for everyone to settle and relax in privacy. There are full living areas and kitchens on the ground floor of each villa, both in an open-plan style which is bursting with light and space and beautiful décor. The designs are similarly stylish, with fully-equipped kitchens including top-of-the-range coffee machines, with one master kitchen and larger dining area. Both lounges are cosy and welcoming, ideal for putting your feet up in the evening after a day of exploring this island nation. White walls, colourful furnishing and elegant wooden beams across the ceiling create an enchantingly traditional ambience, but all with a contemporary elegance and comfort! The villa will be cleaned, with towels and linen changed, midweek and twice weekly should you stay longer than one week, so you’re sure to be comfortable and content throughout!
On this ground floor you will find the first bedroom, a majestic space with a large double bed, a desk and breath-taking sea-views, with direct access to a stunning veranda. On this floor there is a guest bathroom as well as an open-air shower. Upstairs in this first villa are another two bedrooms, while the remaining two rooms are upstairs in the adjoining villa. Each room is magnificently modern, with warm colours, interesting patterns and total comfort. There is a wonderful bathroom on each first-floor with a large walk-in shower. All five immense bedrooms have either garden or balcony access, promising spectacular views out across the sea, over the flourishing tops of the trees.
Head out to this incredible garden, where an incredible terrace and pool deck await you, dazzling in the sunshine! The highlight is perhaps this jaw-dropping private pool which stretches across the garden and provides the most perfect spot to cool off in between hours of sunbathing, soaking up the sunshine and socialising. Kick back on one of these many superb sofas as you listen to the waves gently lapping against the beach below and the sea breeze rustling the leaves in these fragrant trees all around you. For an idyllic day of alfresco living, fire up the impressive BBQ and dine in style at one of these exquisite dining tables under the pergola or on the terrace. Kids will enjoy frolicking on this expansive lawn, complete with its very own play area!
You’re just ten minutes from the vibrant city of Ierapetra which offers some of the most beautiful long and sandy beaches on the whole of Crete, and is also the southernmost city in Europe, putting all kinds of amenities and activities right at your fingertips!

Right on the beachfront of the charming olive-growing island of Crete, Villa Saranta is perfectly located to enjoy the breath-taking views across the bay and the delights of the nearby city of Ierapetra. The city is in fact the southernmost city of Europe and is the picturesque site of an old Venetian fort. Tucked just ten minutes outside the city, you’re ideally placed to enjoy its magnificent beaches, indeed some of the longest and finest sandy beaches on the whole island of Crete!
Just a short drive to the west you’ll also find the utterly fascinating landscape of the Lasithi Plateau, a plateau amid the mountains of central Lasithi, where windmills dominate the landscape. These old stone windmills once provided the power and water for the agriculture which dominates these fertile lands, providing magnificent views across the valley – and while many are now in ruins, some have undergone a stunning transformation!
Crete is the largest of the Greek islands, and is abounding with beautiful crystal-clear waters, soft sand beaches, picturesque coloured pebbles, monasteries, caves and rich, verdant nature! Across the island you will find a vast array of beaches, including larger, more developed, traditional beaches, and much more secluded ones, ranging all the way to thousands of deserted coves and isolated bays!
