From the structure it is possible to reach in few minutes, by car, the city center (7 Km - 15 minutes), the archaeological area of Syracuse, the museum P. Orsi, the suggestive Greek theater (6,7 km), historical seat of the classical performances and the enchanting island of Ortigia (8,9 Km - 20 minutes). A few Km away you can take the highway to Noto or Catania. Thanks to the nearby highway you can also easily reach the beautiful beaches of Fanusa, Arenella, Fontane Bianche and the marine reserve of Plemmirio (14 Km).
The villa is adjacent to the small urban hamlet of Belvedere, where you can visit the archaeological site of the Eurialo castle, take advantage of the most varied services, including pizzerias and restaurants, bars, pubs, pastry shops, newsagent, cinema, hairdresser, gas station, or you can reach, in just 10 minutes by car, the large Auchan shopping center, bowling and, in the summer season, the fun water park.
The apartment, of about 65 square meters and recently renovated, is totally immersed in the greenery, among secular olive and almond trees, in an area of about 5,000 square meters. Is composed by
LIVING ROOM:
bright living area, finely furnished, with large windows overlooking the garden and swimming pool, comfortable sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, dining area and kitchen with induction hob, sink, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, electric kettle, juicer, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, glasses, cups, pots and tea towels, a snack area where you can prepare breakfast independently.
The apartment is equipped with first aid kit and fire extinguisher.
2 BEDROOMS:

Villa Sinerchia boasts large green areas, a beautiful panoramic area, a swimming pool for private use with equipped solarium, towels provided and outdoor shower. Furthermore you have free access to the barbecue area, to a small outdoor fitness area, to the private parking inside the villa.
The whole structure is equipped with free wifi.
Four-legged friends are welcome, it is welcome to know their presence in advance just to better organize their stay, with baskets, bowls and games.
A part of the structure is used as a manor house, with a separate entrance from the apartment made available to guests. The only shared area is access to the villa through an automatic gate.
Guests will be greeted on arrival, I will personally check in by handing over the keys, and greeted on departure. We will be fully available for any information and every time our presence will be required, without being intrusive, as it is a priority to make your stay pleasant.
ENTRANCE TO THE VILLA IS PERMITTED TO ONLY GUESTS (MAX 4 PEOPLE) AND THE ENTRANCE OF EXTERNAL PERSONS IS FORBIDDEN.
Villa Sinerchia can be reached by car, which I recommend renting once you arrive at the airport (Fontanarossa of Catania the nearest one, 45 km away) or better renting it even before arriving at the airport, through the various portals and applications that offer this service. The car is also essential to move from the villa and visit the city and surrounding areas.
