Villa Prima is located in an oasis of peace, surrounded by untouched nature of Brtonigla. If you are looking for an escape from the hectic everyday life and want to visit Istria, then these two villas are the perfect choice for you because Istria has always been one of my favorite tourist destinations.

The villa complex was built in 2021 in a modern construction style, it is located on an area of ??2000 m2, has 460 m2 of living space, a large garden, with lots of space for children to play, and its interiors will surely delight you!

The villas are divided into a ground floor and an upper floor, and together they offer accommodation for a maximum of 20, and optimally 16 people. On the lower floor of the villa there are two spacious living rooms with a TV, coffee table, armchair and sofa. There are also two kitchens with a bar with 6 seats, as well as a dining room with two tables for 16 people. On the lower floor of each villa there are two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs.

Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms with double beds and 6 private bathrooms with showers. All these bedrooms have their own exits to balconies or terraces. There are two separate toilets inside the villa. So, in this complex there are a total of 8 ensuite bathrooms, 6 of which have a shower and 2 have a bathtub.

Two outdoor terraces will delight you with two beautiful luxury swimming pools. Each pool has a size of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.35 m, which has heating as an additional equipment, but at an additional cost. You will sunbathe on deckchairs, reading your favorite books and having fun with your company. We also offer you the use of two jacuzzis where you can spend romantic evenings with a glass of traditional wine.

In the courtyard of the villa there are two outdoor summer kitchens with two grills, two outdoor tables with 16 seats and two corner sofas.

The complex offers its guests two trampolines, badminton, darts, four bicycles for adults and one bicycle for children.

There are four parking spaces inside their yard, and two more outside the yard.

You can rent the villas separately, but whichever option you choose, a luxurious vacation and pleasure are guaranteed!

Be sure to try delicious traditional Istrian dishes and wines from local producers whose vineyards grow on as many as four different types of land. What Istria is also famous for are truffles, wild mushrooms that are very tasty and expensive, and definitely worth trying!
