Large four bedroom villa with private pool enjoying south facing views across a rural landscape and panoramic views from the roof terrace. Located in a quiet central area, close to popular tourist areas and venues.
5 minutes to the N125 and motorway, 10 minutes to Albufiera, Olhos de Agua, Balaia Golf Resort and beaches, 20 minutes from Vilamoura and popular golf courses with tourists.
The space
A large comfortable open plan lounge/diner is the central space on the first level. Sliding patio doors allow access to the rear terrace and separate coal barbecue area. The terrace, with retractable awning, provides a great setting all day for al fresco dining, from relaxing breakfasts to enjoying late evening drinks at sunset. The kitchen is located directly off the lounge/diner. There are two comfortable bedrooms on the first level, one with patio door access to the rear garden. There is also a four piece bathroom and separate cloakroom (WC) which houses a washing machine. Stairs lead to the second level where two other comfortable bedrooms are located, both with south facing views and direct access to the upper terrace which is part covered. One bedroom has a four piece en-suite bathroom whilst the other has access to a two piece bathroom (sink and WC). From the upper terrace, stairs lead to an open top roof terrace with panoramic views across rural countryside and distance sea views. Rooms are air conditioned and all windows and patio doors are equipped with fly screens for comfort. All bedrooms have lots of storage space. The lounge has a 55" smart TV and there is WIFI for guests to enjoy. Externally there is a large gated driveway and pleasant well stocked gardens. Double gates and steps lead to the lower pool (10m x 5m) level where you will find loungers, chairs, tables, and sun shades to relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a separate two piece WC and open shower for convenience and avoid unnecessary trips through the house. There are ample power sockets provided outside for electronic devices. The lower garden below the pool area is not for guests use.
Guest access
The property and external areas are split over four levels. All levels are separated and accessed by stairs. The property has security gates to the front aspect and is entirely enclosed with walls and fences with the pool area also fenced and gated, providing a safe environment for families with young children. There is also a child safety gate for stairs in the house if required. It is not recommended that small children access the roof terrace.
