This 4-bedroom villa is the perfect example of impeccable modern architecture. Everything about the place is vibrant and new. The sparkling blue pool matches the glistening ocean in front of it and the terrace area just beyond the lounge is the perfect place to sit and gaze at them both.
The neatly trimmed lawns are a great place for children to frolic and families and friends to have picnics. Everywhere in this property holds something for everyone. It really is the kind of place that you have to experience for yourself, just to see how brilliant it really is.
Located on the eastern coastline of Koh Chang, this villa provides plenty of seclusion and is just 20 meters from the sea. Convenience stores and restaurants are also close by, as is the famous DanMai Seafood Restaurant, which is within walking distance of the villa and has some of the nicest views and seafood dishes around.
To reach the main shopping area on the island one only has to take a local taxi. It takes approximately 25 minutes to reach this area and transport can be easily arranged at the villa.

All four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and three rooms have king size double beds and one with twin beds, there is also a fold down double bed available and a child's cot.. There are glorious sea-views from three of the rooms. There is also a maid's room if you wish to bring your own maid.
There are six bathrooms in total , two of which have bathtubs. Five of the bathrooms are en suites and all bathrooms have showers, western toilets and washbasins.
The streamlined kitchen is very spacious and is ideal for self-catering. It has a breakfast bar area, a dishwasher, an oven, a double door refrigerator, microwave, stovetops, tea and coffee making facilities and a toaster.
The luxurious lounge area is not only extremely comfortable, it is also incredibly stylish. The comfy sofas are great for lazing around on and the large wall-mounted flat screen TV with international satellite channels and DVD player make it so that you'll always have entertainment at hand.
The main dining room is near the kitchen, providing easy serving access. The dining table looks out to the pool and ocean and can seat up to 8 guests. The outdoor terrace is also a great place for meals and relaxing and taking in the views.
This property will appeal to families and groups of adults alike, as well as anyone seeking all year round hot weather. If you want to completely get away from the world you can do that in Koh Chang or alternatively there are many sports and outdoor activities that can be done as well as great restaurants, bars and beaches all around the island.
