There's no shortage of activities and restaurants nearby, ensuring that you'll never be bored. Plus, we've taken steps to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We've fixed any issues with the pool and AC, installed new WIFI, and the quarry nearby is now permanently closed.

We understand that power issues can be a concern, but rest assured that any brief interruptions were due to the intense rainy season. Additionally, we've installed new nets in May 2023 to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, remote control air conditioning and large mosquito nets (all recently replaced with new nets May 2023) .

Bathrooms
5 of the 6 bathrooms are en-suite to the bedrooms. Each bathroom has a shower, sink and loo. There are no baths in the house - there is a baby bath available on request.
Separate guest loo and sink downstairs.

Kitchen
The kitchen includes oven cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, microwave, wine / drinks cooler, blender, deep fat fryer and coffee machine.

Living Rooms
There is an indoor sitting room as well as a large outdoor veranda area overlooking the pool and garden.
The dining room seats 10, with the benefit of overhead fans.

Outside
The garden has been beautifully landscaped and the pool is 15m x 8m with lots of shady spots under beautiful indigenous trees, as well as open sunny areas with comfortable sun beds.

4 of the bedrooms have veranda access with spectacular views of the sea. There is a lovely sitting area on the upstairs veranda, overlooking the sea which is perfect for a quiet morning cup of tea or coffee.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid Service
The resident housekeeper offers daily housekeeping as well as clothes and linen washing. Separate pool and bathroom towels available. Bedroom linen provided.

The house is ~15 minutes from shops, banks and the fruit + veg market.

Fresh fish (mostly Tuna, Kingfish, Snapper and Dorado) and other seafood (prawns, lobster, crab, calamari) is caught by the local fishermen and brought right to the front door daily! The house manager can place orders and purchase seafood on behalf of the guests.
