The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has comfortable seating for everyone, along with a Smart TV and WIFI. The backyard is big enough for a casual hit of cricket.
And don’t forget to bring along your fur babies, who are most welcome - the property is fully fenced.
At the end of a busy day – fishing from the historic San Remo Jetty, playing at one of the many local beaches, or taking in the hustle and bustle of the nearby Phillip Island attractions – you’ll appreciate the comforts of this well appointed home. Enjoy a BBQ in the alfresco dining area in the spacious backyard, or cook up a delectable dinner in the kitchen where you’ll find all the essentials, including basic pantry items and a coffee maker.
The Sanny House is only 100 metres to the main street of charming San Remo village, where you can sample some of the local hospitality at the Bakehouse, cafes and restaurants, wander the jetty and watch the fishing boats come in, or watch the antics of the hungry pelicans.
Or walk in the opposite direction just 200 metres from the house and you’ll find yourself at Children’s Beach. If you’re feeling energetic, take the George Bass Coast Walk that links San Remo with the quiet seaside town of Kilcunda, and take in the spectacular scenery of this beautiful part of the world.
