The main floor features original hardwood floors, a cozy living room with a large flat-screen TV & a baby grand piano, a dining room that seats 6, a full bath and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances including a 5-burner gas range, built-in microwave, side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher, Keurig & Nespresso coffee machines, walk-in pantry and newly renovated laundry room with full-size washer & dryer. The second level features original hardwood floors, 2 bedrooms, a den, a screened porch, and a full bath with a cast iron clawfoot tub. Relax with your morning coffee in the hanging chairs on the front porch or enjoy the shaded rear deck overlooking a fully-fenced backyard with a fire pit & propane grill, perfect for outdoor entertaining!
