Waterfalls is luxurious, spacious and peaceful and set within the security of Royal Westmoreland so you can leave your doors and windows wide open and never worry. Dive into the deep, blue pool and cast your cares aside sipping a rum punch as you watch the sun setting out to sea. Lose the kids in the lush, tropical gardens, or kick a ball about on the lawns with them, and let your dogs run freely in this fully-fenced and gated property of nearly two acres. Waterfalls comfortably accomodates 12 adults, plus a few extra little ones, and there are several comfortable outdoor dining areas as well as a formal dining table indoors. There is a choice of lounge areas both inside and out and a comfortable media room with cable TV. Everywhere has wifi in and around the villa itself, and there is a speaker system to link your music to. The kitchen is equipped with two of everything: Ovens, warmer drawers, dishwashers, champagne fridges, soft drinks fridges and ice machines as well as a big Sub Zero fridge, microwave, steamer oven and all the kitchen gadgets, crystalware, crockery and cutlery you will require. As an alternative to cooking, you could hire a Chef, or, there is an abundance of gorgeous restaurants, as well as shops, in nearby Holetown. The beaches in Holetown are beautiful and there is a Marine Park at Folkestone for great snorkelling, all just a 7 minute drive down the hill. Waterfalls has 6 master suites: Two on the first floor; one with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a bath and also walk-in shower; one with twin beds and an ensuite shower room. These master suites also share a balcony with far reaching views out to sea and the sunset. Two master suites are on the ground floor off the Great Room, one overlooks the pool, the other overlooks the gully, and both have ensuite shower rooms with walk in showers. The final two master suites are in an adjoining cottage acccessed by its own front door but attached to the main villa. These both have dressing areas and en-suite shower rooms with walk-in showers and they have great outdoor seating areas to watch the monkeys playing in the mature trees across the gully.

Linen and towels are all included and refreshed weekly, or as required, by the resident Housekeeper.

Smoking is only allowed outside and with careful regard to the environment please.
There is ample parking available on the property, Hire Cars are easy to book online, and there is an excellent network of local buses and taxi services. Royal Westmoreland has a Beach Club at Mullins for guests, with free sunbeds on the beach and a restaurant, and a free bus service to and from Royal Westmoreland at reglar inervals. There are also Tennis Courts, Padel Courts, a Gym and the Sanctuary Swimming Pool, as well as The Rum Shack, Club House and, of course, the famous Royal Westmoreland Golf Course. Golf is not included in the villa rental.
