The kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, microwave, electric cooktop, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and a dishwasher.
The driveway parks 4 cars 2 side by side and 2 deep.
The living room provides a large smart TV and a TV in each bedroom and on the covered patio.
Beautiful outdoor waterfront area offers a fire pit, covered area with large TV, umbrella'd dining table for 6.
Stand up paddle and kayak is available for use. Beach chairs are there for you as well.
Linens and towels will not be included unless requested at time of booking for an additional fee. We appreciate your understanding.
Beach access:
Renters can purchase a pack of 8 badges for $150, and additional badges for $25 per badge. Badges are required for beach access. Badges are required for anyone 12 years and older. They can be purchase daily for $15 per person over 12.

Regular trash MUST be in black bags only, which are provided for your usage.
All garbage must be brought to the street on Mondays & Thursdays by 6:30am. Please follow the trash schedule to avoid build up! Please put out on both days if you are here for the week!!
Recycling is every Friday by 6:30am. All recycling materials must be separated from the trash.
Must be at least 25 years of age to book. When you book a stay, we may need to verify your personal information, such as your legal name, address, phone number and other contact details. We may also ask for a photo of your government ID and a selfie. This is in line with VRBO guidelines.
No parties or events are allowed
