The waterfront holiday home is located close to the beautiful village Langweer. The house was fully renovated in 2020 and is suitable for 6-8 persons. Both the front and the backyard are sunny, fully fenced and have lots of privacy.
Because of its central location, it is easy to visit Friesland's highlights including the cities of Heerenveen, Sneek, Joure, and Leeuwarden. Friesland is known for its water sports activities, having one of Europe's largest connected inshore lakes and canals. With a private berthing place for a boat up to 5 meters and in very close proximity to the Langweerder Wielen (5 minutes sailing), the house is the perfect starting point for beautiful sailing, surfing. kiting, fishing, etc. trips.
Also, the location is a great starting point for beautiful biking and walking routes. In close proximity are shops, a small supermarket, boat rental companies and besides the “Helder” restaurant at a 200m stroll, many more restaurants at a 15 minutes walk. Small beaches, a golf course, and parks are within 5km reach.
The house is most suitable for 1 or 2 couples with and without children.

The tourist tax for Friesland is 1 Euro per adult (age 13 and above) per night. This is amount is determined by the Municipality. We will send you a payment request after the booking confirmation.
Check-in is after 2 pm, check-out is at 10 am.
During the peak season in the summer, check-ins are only on Saturdays. Reservations in the peak season are only per full week(s).
