The Master Bedroom has a King bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. The second Bedroom has a King bed and separate bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine & dryer. Enjoy cooking in the galley kitchen with high-quality appliances including a coffee machine. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing. The property is in a secure apartment complex with access via the carpark remote & keys provided on arrival. Please press and hold the remote for the gate to open. Please note: There are 2 car parks on Yarra St. Access is via Carpark at 2 Yarra St, not 4 Yarra St. So make sure to use the car park closest to the Esplanade. Clearance is approx. 1.95 metres.
