West Lake Nook is a quaint 3 bedroom, 1 bath home located near Sandbanks Provincial Park. With almost 5 acres to explore, this family-friendly home has plenty of room for everyone, including non-shedding dogs. Spend your days lounging at the beach, walking the trails of Sandbanks Park or exploring the property. On rainy days you can enjoy the games room with a ping pong and darts located in the converted garage. If you are looking for water access, there is a public boat launch 1.3km from the property and plenty of room to park your boat or water toys onsite.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and enough dining room space to seat 6. If you prefer to dine outside when the weather is warm, you can walk through the kitchen and out onto a large deck and make use of the propane BBQ. Or enjoy Sand & Pearl Oyster Bar, a short 5-minute walk away. For more restaurant options, Main Street Picton is a 10-minute drive and is home to many restaurants, shops, and galleries. After a long day of exploring, you can spend your evenings around the fire, lounging on Adirondack chairs and staring at the stars. A/C units can be found in the upstairs bedroom as well as in the living room on the main floor.
Well-behaved non-shedding dogs are welcomed here for a fee of $100 plus taxes (where applicable) for up to 2 dogs per stay. Please ASK and let us know the breed. We ask that you kindly pick up after your dog and make sure to keep them off all furniture.

Check Out: no later than 11:00 AM
In high season (late June through Labour Day) different check-in/out times are strictly non-negotiable. Access to the cottage early to drop off belongings or to get the beach pass cannot be granted, no exceptions. Outside of high season, reach out to the Owner contact provided in your Check-in Email no sooner than 48 hours in advance of your stay to see if early in or late out can be arranged. A fee of $200 will apply for those who arrive earlier or depart later than agreed.

Rental Deposit to Secure Booking: 50%
Rental Balance is charged automatically 30 days prior to arrival (unless you reserved on another booking site as balance date may vary)
Damage Deposit is $1000 preauthorized, not charged
There is a cleaning fee of $150 for each stay. Guests are still expected to leave the house in a tidy state upon departure. Instructions can be found onsite. Please contact the Owner prior to checkout if you have any questions or additional cleaning fees may apply.
