Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events
- No smoking
- Pet-friendly (pending approval)
- No parking on the lawn/grass areas
- No glass to be within the pool area
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned
- Bins are to be taken out on bin days
IMPORTANT NOTE: the garage is not accessible and has equipped noise monitoring device (Minut protected homes) that are in use inside the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $350-$500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use an API-connected software that authorizes us to hold a refundabledeposit.
