The Space:
This beautifully styled house features polished floorboards, reverse cycle air conditioning and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space. In the kitchen you’ll enjoy quality Miele and Smeg appliances, a 900 mm oven and separate microwave, as well as an island bench with stools. A dining setting seats 4 people, while the living area has a comfy sofa, 2 occasional chairs and a large smart TV. The living space flows through to an outdoor entertaining deck with a dining setting for 4 people, a gas barbecue and garden.
In the bedroom you’ll find a queen-sized bed and floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobes with loads of storage for longer stays. There’s also an en-suite bathroom with a large frameless glass shower. The main bathroom has a granite-topped vanity and a combined shower/ full-sized bath, also with a stylish frameless glass screen.

Alternatively, it's a 500 metre walk to the Surry Hills Light Rail stop, providing quick access to the CBD (Downtown), Circular Quay, and the Sydney Opera House in one direction and the Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney Football Stadium, Randwick, and the University of NSW in the other.
